Richard is a PhD student co-advised by Dr. Stephen O'Brien and Dr. Rein Ulijn. His research interests include the novel design of multi-functionalized nanoparticles for cancer therapeutics and diagnostics. Prior to joining CUNY’s PhD program, Richard received his B.S. in biochemistry from Miami University and M.S. in chemistry from Long Island University. Besides research, Richard likes travelling around the world to experience diverse cultures.
